There is only one water front holiday home at Motueka Quay Belvedere. “The Great Taste Trail” lies at front door. 1856 built historic Motueka Whalf is on its left front. Iconic Jenie Seddon made sits on its right front. Above sea level a sandbar offers an ideal spot for bird watching.
